VENUE / LOCATION
The event will take place in the ALEXANDRIA CONFERENCE CENTRE and ADIACENT EXHIBITION GROUNDS, Port Said Street, Alexandria, Egypt, in the city centre close to several hotels and within 15 minutes of the Alexandria International Airport, directly connected to European cities and to Cairo. Temporary exhibit structures especially commissioned for the event will be built to host the exhibition on the grounds. The pavilions will be fully air conditioned.
SHOW MANAGEMENT OFFICE
The show management office will be established at the exhibition entrance for the assistance of both exhibitors and contractors, who should report their arrival to the office to receive any up-to-date information and badges. Exhibitors and contractors must wear badges at all times when on the exhibition site.

Any contractor or exhibitor who needs to work outside the above indicated timetable must apply for permission to the Organiser for permission and be aware that he will need a written authorisation to access the exhibit hall.
