If you wish to attend the sessions of the MOC 2010 CONFERENCE, we suggest you to register in advance in order to avoid queuing at the entrance.

Delegate badges and documents will be available for collection either at PETROBEL premises before the show days or at the Registered Delegate Desk inside the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the onsite registration opening time.

 

ONSITE REGISTRATION OPENING TIME:

Please note that on site registration will be also available inside the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the show days as follows:

• May 17^th, 2010: 12.00 am - 04.00 pm
• May 18^th, 2010: 08.00 am - 04.00 pm
• May 19^th, 2010: 08.00 am - 04.00 pm

 

Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to enter the exhibition premises and the conference halls.

Minors’ entrance to the exhibition is subject to the approval of the Exhibition organizer, minors’ entrance to the conference is subject to the approval of the Conference organizer.

In any case minors must be accompanied by a tutor who will be considered responsible for the minor’s safety.
