Delegate Registration

This decision was agreed in accordance with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt considering that the country is facing a transition period which may still last for some time. 

Please rest assured that both the Petroleum Sector in Egypt, and the MOC Organising Committee, remain committed to MOC Exhibition & Conference events and they will provide alternative dates in the near future for the forthcoming edition.

The next meeting for the Mediterranean Oil& Gas sector is OMC 2013, the sister event to MOC, which will be taking place from March 20-22, 2013, a Conference and Exhibition which also provides unique updates and networking opportunities to the Mediterranean Oil & Gas sector.

We strongly suggest you to register in advance in order to avoid queuing at the entrance. 

Delegate badges and documents will be available for collection either at the Registered Delegate Desk inside the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the onsite registration opening time.    
 

ONSITE REGISTRATION OPENING TIME: 
Please note that on site registration will be also available inside the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the show days as follows:

• October 6, 2012: 12.00 am - 04.00 pm 

• October 7, 2012: 08.00 am - 04.00 pm 

• October 8, 2012: 08.00 am - 04.00 pm 
 

Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed to enter the exhibition premises and the conference halls.  Minors’ entrance to the exhibition is subject to the approval of the Exhibition organizer, minors’ entrance to the conference is subject to the approval of the Conference organizer. 

In any case minors must be accompanied by a tutor who will be considered responsible for the minor’s safety.

Foreigner Delegate USD 750,00

Foreigner Speaker USD 400,00

Egyptian Delegate USD 250,00 (=LE 1500,00)

Egyptian Speaker USD 180,00 (=LE 1100,00)  

REGISTRATION FEE COVERS: 

- Attending all the conference sessions and the exhibition

- Conference Bag and Proceedings

- Invitation to the Welcome Reception

- Coffee Breaks for 3 days

- Lunches for 2 days

- Personal Invitation to Gala Dinner


PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date or prior to the conference, whichever is the earlier date. Cheques are not accepted.

Delegates who have not paid prior to the conference will be required to supply a credit card as a guarantee. If payment has not been received within 10 working days prior the event, the card will be charged.

Payments by bank transfer shall be performed within 10 working days prior to the conference – Wednesday 26 September, or registration will be cancelled.  All payments to be made to IES SRL, by BANK TRANSFER

If you wish to pay by CREDIT CARD please contact IES.

Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 15 full working days before the event date you will only be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations that are the result of a Force Majeure Event will also be chargeable on the above guidelines. Substitutions are welcome at any time - there is no additional fee for direct substitutions, but cannot be made during the opening days.
